We live about 4.5 hours' drive from Llanelli, which creates a few extra problems when buying a house there, but Greg made it all much easier, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout, from a FaceTime tour of the property to make sure all was well when we hadn't been able to visit for a few weeks to helping with distributing the keys to builders even after the purchase had gone through, and it wasn't even a very big value sale. Highly recommended.
